Every woman and every pregnancy is unique and having had pregnancies that were medically challenging, understand how important it is to keep strong and stable whilst our body transforms.  It has been my absolute pleasure to have, during my 16 years of Personal Training and clinical Pilates Instruction, trained numerous women as they considered, fell pregnant, and after having had their children.
